Full casting has been announced for the world premiere of Anne Washburn’s new play SHIPWRECK, which opens at London’s Almeida Theatre in February.

Directed by Almeida artistic director Rupert Goold, Anne Washburn’s SHIPWRECK formally invites you to dinner with the 45th president of the United States. The ‘sinister’ new play follows Washburn’s previous outings at the Almeida. MR BURNS in 2014, and THE TWILIGHT ZONE in 2017 (which will transfer to the West End in March 2019).

The cast features: Khalid Abdalla, Fisayo Akinade, Raquel Cassidy, Risteárd Cooper, Elliot Cowan, Tara Fitzgerald, Adam James and Justine Mitchell.

SHIPWRECK features direction by Rupert Goold, design by Miriam Buether, costume by Fly Davis, lighting by Jack Knowles, sound Paul Arditti and video by Luke Halls.

SHIPWRECK runs at the Almeida Theatre from 12th February to 30th March. Tickets are onsale now.
